Terms of Service
Service Description
Anomalon analyzes text for structural patterns including ambiguity, contradiction risk, entropy, format issues, and obstruction state. It produces deterministic metrics, a density report, a terminalization certificate, and repair advice.
What Anomalon Does NOT Do
- Verify factual accuracy or truth of statements
- Detect all hallucinations in LLM output
- Guarantee safety or correctness of AI-generated text
- Replace legal, medical, financial, or security review
- Certify compliance with any regulatory framework
Beta Disclaimer
This is a beta product. The analysis engine is experimental and under active development. Results should be treated as structural signals, not definitive assessments. Do not rely on Anomalon for safety-critical, medical, legal, or security decisions.

Child Safety and Mandatory Reporting
We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation. If we become aware of content that appears to constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation of minors, we will:
- Immediately preserve the content and associated account information
- Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Terminate the associated account
Federal law prohibits us from notifying users when such reports are filed.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, submitted prohibited content, or pose a risk to the safety of others. Suspension may occur automatically or after manual review.
Usage Limits
Free accounts receive a limited number of reviews. Paid plans have monthly limits that reset each billing cycle. Unused reviews do not roll over. Limits are enforced server-side.
Payment and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of analysis, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
